What this certification means
OSIM is the authority that registers trademarks in Romania. A registered trademark grants the exclusive right to use the name for the classes of goods and services it was filed for.
For a client it matters in warranty and long-term contracts: the name the works were signed under is legally protected, not merely a trading name.
