What the authorisation covers
- Be — construction of indoor and outdoor electrical installations for civil and industrial buildings, overhead and underground service connections, at 0.4 kV nominal voltage
- D1 — design of overhead and underground power lines at any standardised nominal voltage
- D2 — construction of overhead and underground power lines at any standardised nominal voltage
- E1 — design of transformer substations, electrical substations and of the electrical part of power plants, at any standardised nominal voltage
- E2 — construction of transformer substations, electrical substations and works on the electrical part of power plants, at any voltage
- A3 — testing of electrical equipment and installations for the technical conformity certification of power plants against the applicable technical norms
What this certification means
ANRE is Romania's national energy regulator, which certifies companies that design and build electrical installations. The certificate sets out exactly which voltages and types of work the company may carry out.
An ANRE certificate is the precondition for a lawful connection to the distribution grid and for the network operator to accept the electrical works.
