What this certification means
AGFR is the Romanian association of refrigeration engineers and the body through which technicians handling fluorinated refrigerants are certified.
Certification is mandatory for any work on refrigeration and air conditioning systems containing fluorinated greenhouse gases, under the European F-gas rules.
