What this certification means
AFM administers Romania’s national environmental and energy funding programmes, including the residential photovoltaic scheme. Installers enrolled in the programme are validated by AFM, and works can only be reimbursed if they were carried out by a validated installer.
For a client applying for funding, being an AFM-approved installer is the eligibility condition for the works, not a marketing claim.
