- Installation and maintenance of smoke and hot gas extraction systems
- Fire-retardant treatment of combustible materials
- Passive fire protection by sprayed coatings
- Passive fire protection by intumescent paints
What this certification means
IGSU, the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, licenses companies that design, install and maintain fire protection systems: detection and alarm, suppression, smoke extraction and hydrants.
The licence is required when a building is assessed and approved for fire safety. Without it, installed systems cannot be accepted at handover.
