SAO Dispenser - Lotus PRO
High Capacity Cleaning and Disinfection System
The conversion of ordinary Tap Water into Stabilized Aqueous Ozone (SAO) is the most powerful cleaning agent in nature.
1. Inside the Lotus®PRO unit, oxygen in the air is safely converted to ozone, then infused into regular tap water.
2. Ozone is attracted to germs, stains and bacteria.
3. Harmless to humans, ozone attacks quickly and removes contaminants it comes in contact with.
4. Only pure oxygen and water remain after the ozone cleans and sanitizes.
Advantages of using SAO
1. Removes germs, odors, stains and mold.
2. Quickly kills viruses and bacteria, including E.coli, Salmonella, MRSA and more.
3. Safe and effective, without toxins, carcinogens or chemical residues.
4. It safely turns back into water and oxygen.
How does it work?
1. Cold tap water enters the stabilization module. The stabilization module mixes with the flow of cold tap water, extending the useful time up to 24 hours.
2. The treated water leaves the stabilization module. Water passes through the connector, which prevents it from flowing back with blocking the air, then enters the capacitor.
3. Oxygen enters the dispenser through the replaceable filter cartridge.
4. 4,500 volts of electricity transforms O2 into O3. Ozone is infused and stabilized in treated water and safely distributed as oxygen.
5. SAO leaves the dispenser to fill containers, mop buckets, sprayers or washing machines.
Why the Cartridge is critical ?
1. The cartridge first regulates the minerals in the water, stabilizing the tap water so that, no matter where the tap water comes from, it is consistent and maximized for cleaning and sanitation performance.
2. Without a cartridge, ordinary ozone water provides only 15 minutes of sanitation.
3. After passing through the SAO-24 cartridge, the stabilized ozone water remains strong for up to 24 hours of sanitization and 6 days of cleaning.
Lotus PRO and the stabilized ozone water it produces are tightly regulated by a number of government agencies, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). and the Department of Employment Health and Safety Administration (OHSA) as follows:
EPA: The Lotus PRO EPA registered office number is 82126-CHN-001. Because it does not contain chemicals, water with stabilized ozone is unique in the opinion of EPA. Classification of Stabilized Ozone Water Performance: Stabilized ozone water produced on request by Lotus PRO is classified by the EPA as a general cleaning agent versus a harsh surface disinfectant, as a surface disinfectant in contact with food, because an EPA-approved laboratory followed a strict protocol and showed a 99.999% reduction in tested bacteria in 60 seconds or less.
FDA: In 1997, the FDA approved the use of ozone as an indirect food additive by using it as an antimicrobial agent with indirect food contact. In 2002, the FDA approved ozone for use in areas in contact with food and directly on foods with a general name considered safe (GRAS). GRAS substances are those that are intentionally added to foods, which are reviewed and recognized by qualified experts because they have been adequately proven to be safe under the conditions of their intended use.
USDA: The Organic Food Production Act (OFPA) authorizes the establishment of a national list of permitted and prohibited substances. The national list identifies water with stabilized ozone as a substance that is allowed for use in organic crops and animal production.
OHSA: The regulations address the toxicity of water with stabilized ozone and recognize its safety. Stabilized ozone water is not considered to pose a threat to health or safety; does not require safety training, certification or reporting; and does not require protective or compliant equipment for safe use. In addition, the stabilized ozone water produced by Lotus PRO presents a zero health hazard, reactivity and NFPA fire hazard.
