Code of Conduct
The trust of customers and stakeholders in our company and in its products and services is the most precious asset we have. We have a common responsibility to rise to the level of this trust every day, adopting honest and honest conduct. This includes knowledge of and compliance with applicable internal rules and legal regulations.
This code of conduct is based on 4 core values that should govern the ethical and professional conduct of EEBC staff, as follows:
Principle of Responsibility
E.E.B.C. staff must ensure that by the way they perform their duties or carry out any other collateral professional activity, they respect legitimate interests and rights.
The principle of Professionalism
All duties assigned to E.E.B.C. staff must be performed with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Principle of Integrity
In any case, E.E.B.C. staff must behave in a manner based on respect, impartiality, objectivity, honesty, equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
The principle of Transparency
E.E.B.C. staff must promote open governance, but at the same time protect the confidential information for which they are responsible, or which they have become aware of.
