Selection process
1. The first step
Our website provides an overview of our vacancies. Thus, you can apply online on eebc.ro/careers/job-opportunities or you can send us an email on hr@eebc.ro .
With your consent, personal information will be saved in our database and we will use it to compare your skills with our requirements.
2. Your application
A complete application that will stand out must include:
A letter of intent or a letter of motivation
CV with photo
In order to be able to evaluate your previous experience and professional performance, please send us copies of the diplomas and transcripts obtained and the relevant references, if applicable.
3. Fast processing and continuous information
E.E.B.C. ensures the rapid selection of candidates. It is important for us to fill vacancies effectively and we want to help candidates get a quick response regarding their application.
4. The staff selection process
If your profile meets the requirements of the job, we will invite you to an interview to get to know you personally. The interview will include:
Questions about your experience and why you applied.
Job presentation
Time allotted for your questions.
Before making a final decision, we will invite the best candidates for a second interview in which we can ask you for solutions for a practical example or give you the opportunity to know your future job.
5. Integration and knowledge of the team
An induction plan is developed for each new employee from the first days of work at EEBC. It includes:
The planned induction phase in terms of general and company-specific information.

During the induction process we offer information about the History, Vision, Mission, Company Values and the general organizational structure. We also organize the presentation of new employees to provide an overview of our activities.
