The most largest NDT laboratory in South-Eastern Europe
The largest NDT laboratory in South-Eastern Europe is being built in Romania.
Through a collective work that lasted 3 years in the European funds file E.E.B.C. has created the largest, most complex and most efficient non-destructive analysis and testing laboratory in South-Eastern Europe.
Through the ROP 2.2 measure, following the acceptance of the European Funds file, in the next 3 years the project will be implemented which will bring to Romania a great addition of competitiveness, know-how and technology so necessary in all fields.
The total value of the project exceeds 1.3 million euros, of which 70% are non-reimbursable funds and 30% E.E.B.C. investment. During the implementation of the project, more than 20 jobs will be created.
Among the services that will be provided by the NDT EEBC laboratory are:
Metallographic analyzes for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics and polyamides
Visual examination of metallic or non - metallic, ferrous or non - ferrous surfaces
Complex thermography
Examination by methods with MT magnetic powders, PT penetrating liquids, VT visual control, Phased Array ultrasound and TOFD ultrasound
Scan surfaces in 3D
Inspection of metal cables
Eddy current scanning
Analysis of air quality and environmental comfort
Analysis of the behavior and efficiency of the refrigeration system
Energy efficiency analysis
Surface preparation and ensuring visual inspection of pipes subjected to laboratory analysis by cleaning and sanitation
3D realization of unique subassemblies, adapters or modules required for laboratory testing
The NDT E.E.B.C. Non-destructive testing is equipped with the most sophisticated non-destructive testing equipment and devices in the world.
