ORDER no. 148/2020 regarding the establishment of measures at ISCIR level starting with 23.06.2020

Considering the Report no. 5580 / 19.06.2020 regarding the establishment of measures at ISCIR level and in accordance with the provisions of the following normative acts: Law no. 55/2020, Government Decision 476.2020, Joint Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and the Ministry of Health no. 3577 / 831/2020, Joint Order of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Internal Affairs no. 874/81/2020, Order 133 / 18.05.2020, address of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection no. 13502 / RG / 1361 / DPOCMP / 04.06.2020 registered at ISCIR with no. 5136 / 05.06.2020, in application of Government Decision no. 1340/2001 and in accordance with Order no. 844.2020 issued by the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment, the Chief State Inspector of ISCIR issued order no. 148 / 22.06.2020 which includes:
Art. 1 Starting with 23.06.2020, the following measures are established at ISCIR level:
a) Travel to take the exams in order to authorize the service personnel of the installations / equipment, the operator responsible for the technical supervision of the ISCIR installations / equipment (RSVTI), the non-destructive control operators and the welders performing welding works at the pressure installations and for lifting installations and operators of welding high density polyethylene pipes and fittings (HDPE), it is carried out provided that the organizers of the courses / examinations ensure and comply with the prevention conditions established according to the legislation in force.
b) The examinations for the attestation of the Specialized Technical Personnel and the trainers' courses in the ISCIR regulated field are organized in compliance with the prevention conditions established according to the legislation in force.
c) The validity of the documents issued by ISCIR that have expired during the alert state period with a period of 90 days from the date of the end of the alert status is maintained. The deadlines for submitting the documentation specific to the extension of the validity of the documents issued by ISCIR are extended by a period of 90 days from the date of the end of the alert status.
Art. 2 Any provisions contrary to this order are abrogated.
