Amendment of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works
At article 11 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of the execution of construction works, republished in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 933 of 13 October 2004, as subsequently amended and supplemented, paragraph 3 shall be amended to read as follows:
(3) For special constructions intended for sanitary units or educational units which are historical monuments, located in protected areas of monuments and in protected built areas, established according to the law, works that do not modify may be executed without building permit. strength structure and / or architectural appearance of interior and exterior finishing constructions, repairs and replacements of interior and exterior carpentry, if the shape, dimensions of the openings and carpentry, repairs to roofs, roofs or terraces are preserved, when their shape does not change and the materials from which they are made, repairs and replacements to floors and interior installations.
This law was adopted by the Romanian Parliament, in compliance with the provisions of art. 75 and of art. 76 para. (2) of the Romanian Constitution, republished.
